Hi! Are there marks/stains on the lower part of this shirt or is that just on the photo?

@cml85 Definitely nothing as prominent as the photo suggests - I looked at it really closely and there are perhaps some areas of minor fading like you'd expect with normal wash and wear. I wasn't able to get a good pic but can try again tomorrow in better light.Happy to accept a lower offer with this in mind!
