Everlane day heel

This shoes I only wore twice so the front and inside are in perfect condition! For some reason, the back was no clean, I think it is because its leather condition back, you can cover it up after getting it. Notice it is not perfectly glued inside the shoes as the image shows. It is like this when I got the shoes. I have emailed everlane and they said it’s normal. It doesn’t affect wearing. But don’t buy if you care
