ladysadee @c3_campbell received shoes, heels worn down to the wood unrepairable. Outsoles were not photographed showing damage. Item condition and damage not described.

c3_campbell @ladysadee @ladysadee These shoes retail for $175. The sale price of $20, 11% of the original, reflects the quality of the shoe. The heels are totally repairable. It’s ok if you changed your mind on the item but please don’t unreasonably judge the quality of your $20 purchase.

ladysadee @c3_campbell item returned immediately, refund approved by poshmark. Shoe size listed 10.5 but actually size 10. Please review your listing practices: size accuracy, disclosing entire shoe condition and shoe outsole pictures assist in transparency and positive customer experience. There was no mention in your listing that the heels needed to be repaired and heel caps replaced. No judgment, just the facts.
