Everly 3/4 Sleeve Shift Style Popover Dress - S

Everly 3/4 Sleeve Shift Style Popover Dress in a size small. I believe it's new but I think the tag is from a boutique so I can't be positive. Excellent condition either way. English garden floral print in black, pink, orange, green and red. Popover style with a small opening with button & loop closure in back. 3/4 sleeves and the body of the dress is lined. Approximate measurements: 17" bust, 34" length. B29-1800
