Everly Flowy Party Dress Mini

This dress is the life of the party! It's super light and very flowy. Black and white bold pattern on most of the dress, but the neckline is a sheer white fabric with electric blue trim. Keyhole back with button closure. Hits mid thigh on me (I'm 5'4"). Only worn once.
