Evolution brand coat M. Fabric is 100% polyurethane shell an 100% nylon lining. Nice thick rain and wind breaker. Bust measures 40” and waist about 41”. Belt can hang loose or cinched up. Length 37” from shoulder. Sleeves 24” from shoulder. Very nice clean condition.
