Exact Change Lightweight Handkerchief Skirt M Good used condition. Please note the tags have been removed, but this fit me as a medium. Laid flat, the waist is 16" with no stretch. Sidenote: I only wore this in the winter, despite it's light weight. I wore it over tights or leggings and boots, and it was not clingy to them.
