krammers8 Ok I have the measurements. I measured under the arm to under the other arm and it was 24 inches. The length from the bottom of the collar is 31 inches. This is really a beautiful garment and if you would like it please let me know before before Wed night. We will be traveling for 3 weeks. Thanks
