mummyslip @sharibyellin I can get the exact measurements for you this weekend. The elastic piece comes to the waist and the piece under it covered my rump, but not overly long. It is not lined. A simple wind breaker/ rain jacket. It is flattering and a great color.

mummyslip It’s 28 inches from back neck seam to bottom. The waist area falls at 20 inches. Arm pit to arm pit across the chest is 22 inches.
