taniachaosx3 @samnbryan hi! For the most part yes. The few times I wore them I wore it with black panties and it didn’t show. They run true to size. I normally get a small but am a medium so if you get your leggings like I do one size down, it will show your panties. They are workout leggings from Forever21 so there is coverage.

taniachaosx3 @samnbryan hey, it covers my belly button. It’s a little high rise. If you’d like I can measure the rise when I get the chance. I have added a picture to show the fit/rise. Hope that helps
