Lightweight silky feel 3/4 sleeved top in size Small by Express. Arms have navy lace on top of them. Front has cutout at middle of neckline. Smoke free home. Measurements are 18 inches armpit to armpit x 24 1/2 length, arm length is 20 inches. Vibrant pattern has flowers, berries, and birds. One of my favorite tops.
