Express Army Green Pencil Skirt

Great army green pencil skirt made by Express. The skirt zips up the back and has pleats on each side near the waistband. It is lined inside. The side is a size 4. It measures 29” at the waist and is 20” in length. It is made of cotton, polyester, and spandex and has some stretch to it. The skirt is machine washable. Dress it up with a pair of pumps and nice blouse.
