Express Belted T-Shirt Dress EUC

Excellent used condition, only worn once! Express T-Shirt dress with tie belt. This dress came with shoulder pads but they were too much for me so I took them out. I used a seam ripper for clean removal but since the holes where I took out the pads are on the inside, I didn’t bother sewing back together since it’s not noticeable. Still have the shoulder pads and will include upon shipping. Also note, I always remove the belt loops off of my dresses (since you’re actually supposed to!) so those are not there. I usually wear a small in Exp dresses but I felt this ran a little big and the XS fits perfectly.
