Express Black Bubble Dress

Express Bubble Dress black size 2 material feels almost like neoprene has some stretch to it fit and flare skirt is full has bubble like shape. Has a crisscross open back detail very comfortable. Length about mid thigh on me when it used to fit me and my height 5’4”. Has Princess seam on front bodice for tailored fit and skirt has three pleats. Very cute was one of my favorite dresses very sad that it doesn’t fit anymore hope it will make someone else happy! It’s in perfect condition!
