Express Black Floral Short-Sleeve Dress

Black and floral v-neck short-sleeve dress from Express. Dress is black lined with a sheer black overlay on the skirt and sleeves with a floral pattern. Sleeves are split for a pretty fluttered look and the waistband is elastic. Only worn a few times, in good condition with no stains or tears. Great spring dress! 31” from shoulder to hem. Comes from a smoke free home, but we do have a cat.
