Express Women's Black Dress Shiny Express Black Satin or Taffeta Type Dress. Designed with cut outs under the bust on left and right near the seam. I am 5'7" and 130 lbs., I am not sure of the size, I cut the tag out so it didn't show, but I buy a lot of Express and it fits me like a Small/Medium. Not tight, but not loose. Flirty but dressy, very flattering cross ruched twist chest, sides cut out, with a baby doll or empire waist and flowy A-line skater flare skirt. Zipper in the back and adjustable crisscross double straps. Hits above the knee where the straps are set now, but can be adjusted to make the dress shorter or longer depending on how It fits your frame.
