Express Black Silk Dress Size 8 - Flaw

Express Black Silk Dress Size 8 - Flaw Vintage 1990's Dress with Rear zipper. Knee length. Outer Silk layer above waist shows some tears around shoulders. FIXABLE if top layer of silk is removed above ribbon waist. Not too hard of a fix but turns it into a strapless dress. Dress is in very good barely worn condition except for the tears to shoulder areas. 34B X 28W X 40H and about 40" tall top to bottom overall.
