Express Black & White Polka Dot Embellished Belt

Black & White Polka Dot Belt with Crystal Belt Loops from Express. Belt is 39.5 inches long and 1.5 inches wide. I bought this 10 years ago and used to wear it all the time! I haven't reached for it in about 6 years so it's time to find it a good home! Some wear evident where the belt loops into the crystal hoops. 2 rhinestones are damaged, but you can hide them inside the belt so no one can see them. Overall, in good used condition! Still has a lot of life left!
