Express black and white NWT striped dress, strapless with sweetheart chest and medium to full skirt. Striped Formed by wide bands of soft elastic. Stitched, textured elastic band construction. Fitted bodice with crisscross detail. Flared skirt, hits above the knee. Will keep its shape.  76% polyester and 24% rubber.  Made in Philippines. Machine wash cold with like colors. Gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry. Cool iron if needed.
