Express Black and White Pencil Skirt, Size 12

This is a great classic piece to add to your closet! The black and white pattern gives a herringbone effect, but the material is lightweight and comfy while being fully lined, so not see-through at all. Fits mid-waist and the hem hits just about the knee on someone 5'6". There is a small slit in the back. Express size 12 - 36" waist and 19.5" long.
