Express, Black high rise legging, size 4

This is a high rise legging, it looks like a black pants. It has pockets, button and zipper, and you can wear a belt! It is extremely good quality! I’ve worn this to only special occasions, and performances! It is absolutely in great condition, and looks and feels new! This legging is a size 4, which is perfect if you are a size Small.
