Express Blouse Jumper Hybrid

Flowy and beautiful “top” with jumper bottom to keep shirt in place through out the day and night! The under layer is a soft satin cami that stays put on shoulders, and exterior layer is a sheer flattering boat neck cut. I normally wear a Medium but this for great. Only wore once (with underwear!) to a baby shower and haven’t touched it since! *Also available in a dusty rose. See other posts*
