Express Blouse & Jumper Hybrid

Flowy and beautiful “top” with jumper bottom to keep shirt in place through out the day and night! The under layer is a soft satin cami that stays put on shoulders, and exterior layer is a sheer flattering boat neck cut. I normally wear a Medium but this fits great. Never worn! There is a slight barely noticeable thread pull on the back left shoulder, see picture for details. *Also available in a rust color. See other posts*
