Express Blue & White Striped Dress

Express blue and white striped cowl neck dress, size XS. This dress is super comfy and super cute for summer! The cowl neck style really dresses up this tank top shirt dress. There is a small hole in the neck fabric (as pictured) but not noticeable when on. Hits mid-thigh. Gently preloved, but no other defects!
