Express Blue and White Floral Dress with Tulip Sleeves

Very pretty faux-wrap dress with nice tulip sleeves. There are button closures along the front to keep the shape (3rd picture). I bought this to bring on my honeymoon to wear as a beach cover up/dress and ended up not bringing it. Only worn a couple times.
