Express tiered maxi skirt with 3 different floral patterns. Tag is XS, fits a big on the bigger side, in my opinion. Outer skirt is semi sheer; inner skirt is opaque red and hits approximately mid thigh. Elastic waistband. 100% polyester machine wash. Very good condition with some stretching of waistband evident.
