Express Brand Top with Bow Tie Detail

Express Brand top has been worn but is in good condition. The front has a bow tie and is open to show a little skin as seen in one of the pictures. There is slight wear on the front fringe part going down the front. I have a few pictures showing the area so hopefully you can see it. It blends into the blouse very well so it’s hard to see it. The bottom has elastic as well as the bottom of the quarter sleeve and around the neckline.
