Brand is Express and the style is Columnist Boot Mid Rise- although i would say they lean on high rise. They fit a 6R and are extremely comfortable. The flannel texture is soft with pocket insert made of faux silk. They have a more formal look but can easily be dressed down. Boot legged but can be folded.
