Bottom is black and measures 19” from where the cream ends to the bottom hem. Hidden side zipper for easy on and off. Top has rubberized strip to prevent slipping, as well as loops on the front and back to attach clear or black straps if desired (not included.) Fits true to size. In very good condition.
