Express Deep V-neck Velvet Dress

Never worn this dress so it's brand new, without tags! The only flaw is in the tassel (pictured) - I guess it got caught on a hanger between moving. Picture don't do it justice to be honest. It's a beautiful dress and perfect for a Holiday event! Size 4.
