Express Design Studio Size: 10 Color: black base with white polka dots Classic looking shift style dress. Upper part of the dress is a sleeveless shirt style with a halter neckline and ruffle front. Three button fastening. Keyhole detail just under the back neckline. Self fabric waistband. Pockets under the waistband with diagonal opening Vent to center back hem Dress fastens with a hidden zipper at the left side seam 97% cotton/3% spandex (woven fabric) Machine wash This dress pre-owned, but in great condition. On the care label it says remove the belt before washing, but there is no belt with this dress. To the right side seam there is a "belt loop" (one of those yarn type belt holders that can easily be removed if desired). I think this dress can be worn without a belt, or one can easily be included. Aside from this there are no flaws observed to the dress itself. Measurements included in the photos.
