Express Design Studio blouse silk

This blouse is so beautiful but does not fit me. The size is cut off the tag, as indicated in the picture but it’s most likely a size medium. It’s made of silk or silk blend and has pretty blue and violet flowers on it. It features cap sleeves with slits and ties at the top. Gathering at the base of the bust with a tie under the bust to show off an hourglass shape.
