Express Design Studio blouse small

Super cute and definitely summertime top with capped button sleeves. Very lightweight and see through.. 6 buttons and a small hoop behind the collar possibly for a necklace. Definitely could use this with a blazer or for layering. The tag was cut out but I’m thinking it’s made of nylon….very fine fabric. Size small
