Express Design Studio gray fitted blazer. This was when Express went all high end for awhile around 2004/2005. It’s a heavyweight blazer with side buckles you can loosen or tighten to make more or less fitted. Has a light blue going through the pattern. Very pretty and can go with gray, blue or black pants/skirt. Size 12. Smoke free home
