Express Design Studio pearlescent silk blouse

I bought this one and one in red, I loved it so much. The cut is perfect and flattering. Cap sleeves, deep v with a touch of roughing that perks up the girls (and the guys!). The only reason I am saying good bye to this is that I am downsizing. There is a small scratch in the material on the back left shoulder.
