Beautiful cotton/silk blend skirt by Express Design Studio. Black and ivory all-over pattern with stitch-down pleating at the top and a fuller flowing bottom. Fully lined. Fabric is light and airy, and is a little sheer. Has a hook and eye closure on the outside left side with an interior button, which forms a small pocket on that side.
