Express Design Studio skirt

This is such a precious cranberry, holiday time skirt. Will look really cute with tall boots and a ruffly white top. The buttons make the waist look like a belt. The material is so comfortable it's a tee shirt like knit, but heavier than tee . Side pockets and back zipper, works fine. Worn once.
