This is a fantastic black pinstripe dress by Express Design Studio. Sleeveless, button-up V-neck with ruffles along the V; has 3 functional buttons. It has a side zipper; zipper is smooth and doesn't get caught. Two front pockets, deep enough for a phone, even a big one. Short slit at the back of the skirt. Has a belt with 5 holes.
