Express Design skirt

Very flattering skirt!! Tighter around the waist but flares at the bottom. black/white/burgundy/gray skirt. Looks nice with a black or white top. Size 6 Pockets on each side Used but good condition. No stains. No tears. Measurements when laid flat: Waist 13.5” Bottom of skirt opens out to 36.5”
