Express Dress

The dress is navy blue and the texture is ribbed. Im not sure if you can tell by the picture but there is a tie on the waist so it gives it a synched waist fit. The neckline is very low, so I always wore a tanktop underneath. however I have seen people wear this dress with not tank underneath and it looked great. Below the waist the the fit is loose. Its a great dress to look cute in but also feel super comfy. I am about 5'6 and the bottom of the dress would hit right above my knee.
