Express Dress NWT

Brand new dress from Express. Smocked design and detail. The color is much more of a peachy pink. The photos do not do the colors very much justice. There is a golden thread accent throughout the whole floral pattern. The shoulder straps are tied and adjustable. All tags still attached.
