Express Floral Back Cutout Midi Dress

Beautiful lightweight floral peony dress from Express. I wore this once for my rehearsal dinner to switch up from all white everything. I received many compliments and felt so pretty! I am 5’5” and about 140 lbs. I was able to wear this with no bra. It fit snug but worked. Someone a bit smaller would fit in this perfect.
