Express Floral Halter Dress Size S

Express dress size small. Pretty floral pattern with multi colored flowers on navy. Ruffled neckline with tie halter. Soft, cotton modal. I'm 5'7" 34B and usually wear small in Express dresses. I belive it fits true to size. Has been worn lightly, still in good condition.
