Express Floral Pleated Peasant Sleeve Blouse xs NWT

NWT Express pleated blouse with wide peasant sleeves and zip up back. Size xs. There is no stretch. This blouse is stunning and would look great with jeans or dress it up as workwear with trousers and a blazer. I'm so bummed it doesn't fit.
