Express Halter Sundress with Flounced Hem 11/12 NEW

This cute dress has an invisible side zipper, back neck tie, and a flounced hem with an 8 1/2" front slit. From armpit to armpit it measures about 17'. There's some elastic at the back, which stretches almost 2" more. From the underarm to the hem this is about 34" - I can't give you shoulder to hem since there are not straps. New & unworn; has store tag only. The background color is a maroon/purple. The colors show true on my devices, I can't be responsible for variations caused by screens.
