Hi! The title says size L but tag says medium. How is the fit? And how long is this? Short ? Or hip length?

@sagechic1 Hi, it's a Medium, and it hits a little below hip length, but I'm 5'11", so it may hit a little closer to middle/ upper thigh if you're not as tall,
