Hi, what is overall length of the dress? Chest measurements?

@natashashen hi chest measurements are about 16” laying flat across ( it has a sort of racer type neck line which you can see it dips up which is why I say about 16”) it fits like a true small and total length of the dress is 22” the lace overlay comes down an extra inch past that.
