Express Long Black Sheer Bottom Dress

Express Size 6 100% Polyester with a sheer over-layer. Dress is knee length with the sheer layer going to the floor. Back is mostly open. Has 2 sheer straps. Resembles a halter top. Ruching at bustline all the way around. Back has a zipper closure. Good condition. Has just a few snags on the lower part of the front sheer layer. See photo.
