Express Long sleeve short dress with flowers

Only worn a couple times, Very beautiful and good quality, I love this dress so much but i haven’t worn it in years, please negotiate! Size says XS but fits like a size Small, The dress is very breathable and can be worn for any occasion and weather, the sleeves are airy and mesh and very light, just and overall comfortable dress!
