Express M tunic

Sexy black cotton tunic by Express that can be worn as a mini dress or a top. Never worn but it has been washed because I was planning to wear it. The top is stretchy and the bottom has a thick band. I added the zebra print pictures to show how it fits since it's hard to tell with the all black tunic.
